How to choose the right photograph
I.

Bright, even light

Outdoor daylight or a sunny window. No flash. No harsh shadows on the face.

II.

Face on, eyes visible

Camera at their eye level. Both eyes sharp and looking toward the lens.

III.

Close, in focus

Head and shoulders fill most of the frame. Sharp, never blurry.

Avoid:

Sunglasses or costumes · multiple pets in one shot · screenshots from Instagram · low-light phone photos · backs of heads.

The six styles.

Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses. Every kind of pet.

Why six

Most pet portraits
look the same.

Others offer three hundred filters and call it choice. We picked six: Royal, Oil Painting, Watercolour, Storybook, Minimal Line, Memorial. Each one considered, finished for likeness, never a gimmick.

Every treatment is built to preserve likeness. Your pet's markings, eye colour, face shape and breed read through each style. If the first six don't feel like them, you don't pay.

Frequently asked

Questions,
answered honestly.

Will the portrait actually look like my pet?+

Yes. The model is trained on identity preservation. Your pet's breed, markings, fur colour, face shape and eye colour read through every style. Every preview passes a likeness check before you see it. If the six previews don't look like them, you don't pay, and the email-saved versions are yours to keep.

How long does it take?+

About thirty seconds to see your six previews. Once you approve your favourite, your print is made to order and ships framed-ready on tracked An Post, arriving in about five to nine days in total. Prefer it on screen? The digital portrait is emailed to you.

What is it printed on?+

Archival giclée stock with pigment inks - the gallery standard, rated to last generations. Native square, framed-ready, no crop. Upgrade to German Etching 310gsm at checkout.

Can I get refunded?+

You're protected three ways. Before checkout, you see every preview of your pet - if they don't recognisably look like them, don't pay. Right after ordering, you have a five-minute cancellation window for a full refund. And after delivery, if a finished print arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 14 days and we'll reprint it free. Because each print is made to order, it's exempt from the standard cooling-off period once production starts, in line with EU consumer law - questions to [email protected].

What do I get for €69, €99 and €129?+

€69 · the 30×30cm fine-art print. €99 · the 40×40cm print, our most loved size, with free tracked shipping. €129 · the 50×50cm statement print, free tracked shipping. Every print ships framed-ready on archival giclée paper with a numbered certificate of authenticity in your pet's name. Prefer it on screen? The digital portrait is €29. Every order keeps a private gallery link, live a full year.

What about a memorial portrait?+

The Memorial style is one of the six. Soft directional light, peaceful expression, warm sepia tones, no religious symbols. We treat memorial orders with extra care: gentler email copy, no upsell prompts, and the option to add a bespoke note. Email [email protected] if you'd like us to handle anything specifically.

Can I order portraits of more than one pet?+

One pet per portrait gives the best result. You can add a second pet at checkout, same style, separate portrait. If you want multiple pets in one frame, email [email protected].
